Yes. Street parking is available nearby.

Please let us know in advance if your production involves a large number of vehicles or production equipment.

For larger commercial productions where a location scout is genuinely required, please include this in your enquiry.

ZOEI is available for approved commercial and creative shoots including fashion, beauty, branding, product, furniture, homewares, lifestyle, editorial, social content and video production.

Yes.

Small scale commercial video, campaign content, interviews, reels and social video can be considered.

Please explain the nature of the production when enquiring.

Yes. Our Full House package gives you access to the full range of approved ZOEI shooting areas.

Yes. Hero Spaces and Poolside Luxe have been created for shoots that don’t require the entire property.

Minor styling adjustments may be possible with prior approval.

Please don’t move furniture or styling items without permission.

If your shoot needs substantial set dressing or furniture movement, include this in your brief.

Yes, where pool access is included in your booking.

Standard bookings allow a maximum of 10 people.

If your production requires a larger crew, include the total number of attendees in your enquiry and we can consider it based on the production.

Children under 12 are not permitted at ZOEI.

No. Animals are not permitted at ZOEI.

External catering is permitted.

Cooking within ZOEI is not included with standard hire and requires prior approval.

Standard booking hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Saturday and Sunday, 9am to 5pm with a weekend surcharge.

If you need a specific time for morning light, golden hour or another creative requirement, include it in your enquiry.

Yes.

Your booking period should include arrival, setup, shooting, pack down and departure.

If you require substantial production setup, allow enough time within your booking.

Dates are not confirmed until your invoice has been paid in full, ahead of the shoot.

Until then the date stays available to others.

ZOEI photoshoot hire does not include parties or private social events.
