ZOEI is a private architectural residence in Palm Beach on the Gold Coast, available as a location for stills, campaigns, video and content creation.
ZOEI isn’t a blank white studio. And that’s precisely the point.
The house brings its own layers into the frame through stone, steel, timber, brick, glass, water, landscaping and natural light.
Yet there’s enough restraint in the palette for the architecture to support your creative direction rather than dominate it.
The result is a location that can feel editorial in one frame, relaxed and residential in another, and completely different again simply by walking around the corner.

Why a house
A studio is one room and whatever you bring into it. ZOEI is a kitchen, a living room, courtyards, bedrooms, bathrooms, a pool and the architecture in between, all under one roof.
That changes what a single booking can produce. You move between looks by walking into the next room, not by rebuilding a set or driving to a second location.
Some shoots need one hero setting. Others need the whole house. The package you book decides which of them are yours.

Getting here
Between Burleigh Heads and Coolangatta, and an easy drive from Brisbane.
About 75 minutes down the M1 outside peak hour. It is an easy day trip: drive down in the morning, shoot, and be back in the city that evening.
Currumbin is about 5 minutes away, Burleigh Heads 10, Coolangatta 15 and Byron Bay about 50, outside peak hour.
Gold Coast Airport is about 10 minutes away by car.
Street parking is available nearby. Tell us in advance if you are bringing a number of vehicles or production equipment.
ZOEI is in Palm Beach, Queensland 4221, five minutes from the beach. The exact address goes out to confirmed bookings.
