What we collect when you enquire, why we collect it, and who else touches it.

Who we are
ZOEI is a private photoshoot and content location in Palm Beach, Gold Coast, Queensland. You can reach us at hello@zoei.au.
What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, email address, and optionally your mobile number, company or brand name, Instagram or website, and the details of the shoot you are planning — including dates, duration, spaces, headcount, whether children or animals will attend, and any moodboard or brief you choose to link or upload.
We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or any third-party tracking. No cookies are set by this website.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry: to check whether the location suits your production, confirm availability for your date, and recommend the right hire option. We do not use it for marketing unless you separately ask us to.
Who else handles it
Three services are involved in getting an enquiry to us, and each sees only what it needs to:
- Cloudflare hosts this website and processes standard server request logs, which include IP addresses.
- Resend delivers the enquiry to our inbox as an email.
- Stop Forum Spam receives your email address and IP address so we can check them against a public database of addresses caught spamming forms. It returns a flag only. It never blocks an enquiry — at most it adds a note to the email so we can tell genuine enquiries from automated ones.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the services above.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are kept in our inbox for as long as they remain commercially useful — typically while we are corresponding with you and for a reasonable period afterwards. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Principles you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@zoei.au and we will action it.
Links to other sites
This site links to Instagram. Once you follow that link you are on their platform and their privacy policy applies, not ours.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
