ZOEI is a house, not a studio. The rooms already have materiality, shadow and point of view, so the variation is built into the location rather than into your post budget.
Move room to room and the shoot changes character without leaving the property.

One booking gives you:

Hard graphic light in the entry, soft light through the sheers, open sky in the courtyards. Natural light moves across the house through the day, so morning and golden hour are different shoots in the same building — tell us the time you need when you enquire.
The practical part
From $300 an hour.
Hero Spaces is $300/hr with a three hour minimum — the kitchen, living, dining, entry and architectural exteriors. A half day is $1,100, a full day $2,050.
For a full collection or a campaign that needs the bedrooms and bathrooms as well, Full House is $400/hr and opens the whole property.
Standard bookings allow up to ten people. Larger crews are considered on the production — put the headcount in your enquiry.
Your booking needs to cover arrival, setup, shooting and pack down, so allow for the rail and the steamer.
