ZOEI is a house, not a studio. The rooms already have materiality, shadow and point of view, so the variation is built into the location rather than into your post budget.
Move room to room and the shoot changes character without leaving the property.

Hard graphic light in the entry, soft light through the sheers, open sky in the courtyards. Natural light moves across the house through the day, so morning and golden hour are different shoots in the same building. Tell us the time you need when you enquire.
The practical part
From $300 an hour.
Hero Spaces is $300/hr with a three hour minimum, and covers the kitchen, living, dining, entry and architectural exteriors. A half day is $1,100, a full day $2,050.
For a full collection or a campaign that needs the bedrooms and bathrooms as well, Full House is $400/hr and opens the whole property.

Before you book
Questions about fashion shoots.
How many crew can come?
Standard bookings allow up to ten people. Larger crews are considered depending on the production, so put the full headcount in your enquiry.
Can we move furniture or restyle a room?
Minor styling adjustments are possible with prior approval. Please don’t move furniture or styling items without permission.
If the shoot needs substantial set dressing, include it in your brief.
Does setup and pack down count in the booking?
Yes. Your booking covers arrival, setup, shooting, pack down and departure, so allow for the rail and the steamer.
Can I hold a date?
Dates are confirmed only once your invoice is paid in full, ahead of the shoot. Until then the date stays available to others, so book early if the campaign is locked to a day.
