A more focused hire option centred around ZOEI’s outdoor spaces.

Ideal for swimwear and resortwear, and for any shoot where water, sun, greenery and a refined resort feeling are doing most of the work.

Includes the guest suite, ensuite, pool, alfresco and outdoor shower.

For shoots that want everything.

Full House gives your team access to the complete range of available interior and exterior spaces, letting you build dramatically different imagery throughout the booking.

If your goal is to maximise the amount and variety of content produced in one shoot, this is the one.

Everything in Hero Spaces and Poolside Luxe, plus the primary suite, primary ensuite, gym, sauna and additional interior spaces.

Questions about booking

Which package do I need?

Hero Spaces ($300/hr) covers the kitchen, living, dining, entry and architectural exteriors. Poolside Luxe ($175/hr) covers the pool, alfresco and guest suite. Full House ($400/hr) opens the whole property.

If you are not sure, send your brief or moodboard and we will help you work out which one fits.

Does setup time count as part of the booking?

Yes. Your booking period should include arrival, setup, shooting, pack down and departure. If you need substantial production setup, allow enough time for it.

Can I hold a date?

Dates are not confirmed until your invoice has been paid in full, ahead of the shoot. Until then the date stays available to others.

Can we swim in the pool?

Yes, where pool access is included in your booking.
