ZOEI takes campaign video, brand film, interviews, reels and small scale commercial production.
It is a private residence rather than a stage, so whether it suits depends on the production. Explain what you are shooting when you enquire and we will tell you honestly whether the house is right for it.

The house runs from hard graphic light at the entry to soft afternoon light through the sheers, so a single location covers more grade than it looks like it should.
The practical part
From $400 an hour.
Full House at $400/hr, three hour minimum, opens the whole property. A full day is $2,700.
Up to ten people as standard. Larger crews are considered on the production, so put the full headcount in your enquiry.

Is there parking for crew and gear?
Street parking nearby is what is available. Tell us in advance if you are bringing a number of vehicles or production equipment.
Can we scout the location first?
For larger commercial productions where a location scout is genuinely required, say so when you enquire.
Does setup and pack down count in the booking?
Yes. Your booking covers arrival, setup, shooting, pack down and departure, so allow for it rather than discovering it on the day.
Can I hold a date?
Only once it is booked and paid. Dates are confirmed when your invoice is paid in full, ahead of the shoot, and stay available to others until then.
